CHICKEN OLE'

 

1 dozen corn tortillas
2 cans chicken broth
1 large can salsa or picante' sauce
3-4 green onions chopped fine
3-4 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese or mix with pepper jack cheese
5-6 cups cooked and diced chicken
can of chopped black olives

........in large bowl tear tortillas in to pieces and mix in chicken broth start with one can
add salsa or picante sauce
add the chicken , onions and black olives and cheese and mix
if it is dry add other can of broth and put into casserole dish
put cheese over the top and bake till bubbly.....
