  • EQUAL AMOUNTS OF CORN MEAL AND FLOUR.

  • 1/4 C SUGAR,

  • PINCH OF SALT ,

  • 4 TABLESPOONS BAKING POWDER...

  • MIX WITH WHISK...... NOW

  • ADD 2-3 EGGS

  •  1 1/2 CUP MILK 

  • 1/4 CUP OIL

  1. BEAT ALL TOGETHER TILL IT IS SMOOTH

  2. IF YA WANT ADD BACON COOKED AND CRUSHED IN IT ONIONS OR CHILIS

  3. BAKE WELL IN GREASED PAN 20-25 MIN AT 425 DEGREES

  4. ADD OIL TO THE GEM PAN IN EACH SPOT
