Crazy Cake

1/3 cup cocoa
3 c flour
2 c sugar
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2 TBLSPOON VINEGAR
2 TSP VANILLA
3/4 CUP SALAD OIL
2 CUP COLD WATER

COMBINE ALL DRY INGREDIENTS
MAKE 3 WELLS( HOLES)
INTO ONE POUR VINEGAR,
ANOTHER VANILLA,
THE THIRD THE OIL,
POUR WATER OVER THE TOP OF EVERYTHING
MIX WELL WITH A WHISK,
BAKE 30 MIN AT 350 DEGREES IN A 9X13 PAN

BROILED TOPPING FOR THE CAKE ..
1/2 CUP SOFT BUTTER
1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/2 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
1 CUP COCONUT
1/3 C LIGHT CREAM OR EVAPORATED MILK


MIX AND SPREAD ON WARM CAKE AND BROIL 3 MINUTES OR 'TIL BUBBLY
